Retention Review
To ensure your loads maintain a high profit margin, please review the pricing tool that another of our Independent Business Owner’s created to help calculate your minimum retention (standard at 6%). It is very useful and can maximize your profit and make quicker decisions as to whether you want to lower your pricing or not.

CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
Did you know that your customer can accept your quote via an email? Just like sending the carriers a load to accept, you can send your customer the quote rate and they can, via a link, ACCEPT the quote and submit their response to you. Those that do not need to record the accept notifications by their customers can manually mark the load as accepted within the Freight Quote.
Important note- the system will block loads from being COMPLETED without an ACCEPTED customer quote.

GLOBAL SEARCH for anything
Did you know the Global search looks within every file for your information? The search at the VERY top left of Revenova allows you to enter basic words to see if there are any matches in any record. Then you can sort from the type of results you want to see in a priority listing.
(Ie: enter in a carrier MC# and everything related to that number will show as a result to select from.)

CUSTOMER SWITCH
Did you accidentally select the wrong customer on your load?... no problem!
Simply open the load, go to the "Customer Information" section (below the map) and double click to edit. Change the Customer listed, then scroll back to the top and save. **Once done, contact AR to request change of customer bill to & credit hold removal as when the customer changes, credit is placed on hold to ensure the transfer of Revenue costs is accurate**

CANCELLING HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER
Cancelling a load has never been easier! Use the NEED TO CANCEL filter in the Load section, select ALL the loads you need to cancel. Then, 1st, enter a note as to why by hovering mouse over "Check Call Comment" double click, enter note and save. Then select Sales Status (double click), change to Cancelled, and either cancel the one or all and save. Finally do the exact same for the Load Status (double click, change to cancelled, and save the one or all).

SEE MORE SCREEN
To see more on screen hide the "recent items" list on the top left. Simply hover your mouse over the light grey arrow until it turns blue and click. You can reveal the list again at any time by doing the above step a second time.
